Infertek.com respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Infertek.com or authorized Infertek.com partners and resellers.
Personal Information Collected on kServer
Generally, the only personal information requested to use kServer is your user name and password. Your personal information is stored on our Oracle database and protected by a password. It is not sold to any other party or used for any purpose other than to allow you secure access to the kServer Authoring or Administrator Interface.
What are cookies and how does kServer use them?
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. KServer offers a "cookie" option to your portal subscribers, which allows your subscribers to store their password information.
Who is collecting information?
When you are on a Infertek.com site and are asked for personal information, you are submitting that information to the Infertek.com database.
What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Your Infertek.com name and password is password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. You may edit your password at any time. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Infertek.com will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to logout of your kServer account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your information and correspondence. As a web-based application kServer can be accessed from any worldwide location. When you give kServer personal information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information. In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered that information. Whenever Infertek.com handles personal information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, we take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Infertek.com cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.
