British Airways is set to introduce soccer-type yellow cards when passengers exhibit signs of “ground rage”. This practice has been used in-flight since 1998 but now, say BA, passenger behaviour on the ground towards their staff has prompted this expansion of the scheme. If a passenger collects two yellows they will not be admitted to planes. Perhaps BA should also consider what might be the cause of all this rage.
